B.Com, BSc IT, BCA from a reputed institute, with 55%

The PME works under general direction and applies knowledge and applicable expertise in Web/ Desktop/ Mobile monitoring to build and maintain our monitoring and performance analysis program, providing alerting, L1 analysis, and information to the client teams.
He/ She would be responsible to monitor and analyze assigned Websites, Desktop and/ or Mobile Application, using Automated Monitoring tools like Selenium, HP BAC, Compuware Gomez and other highly credited tools. Identify and be responsible for alerting the concerned teams for any incidents is the key role along with necessary information and analyzed data provided to the client for immediate action and resolution
Key Result Ares and Responsibilities:
Monitoring of Applications using Automation tools like Selenium , HP BAC or Compuware already predesigned and scripted for Operations
Alerting the client or application team for any minor, major, critical or fatal incident that is observed on the application or by an end user. The Alerting is via SMS, Call and Email
Continous verification of the monitoring system to ensure stability, reliability and availability of applications and services for the business
Provide Level1 analysis to the client in the form of Component Breakdown charts from tools like Httpwatch, Fiddler, WebpageTest, etc. clearly differentiating issues to Application level or Network level
Constant communication with clients across India, Middle East, South East Asia, Europe and America
Report Key Monitoring KPIs
Monitoring of Service Level and other Production and Operational dashboards
Partner with internal stakeholders to understand problems, develop solutions, and anticipate needs; pro-actively identifies and provides recommendations for solutions
Profile Requirements:
Aware of basic functioning of various Internet Browsers and Mobile Applications
Understanding on functioning of Internet Service Providers and role of Networks
Basic Knowledge on various Internet domains primarily Internet Banking, Online Retail, Insurance, Online Trading
Functioning of M sites, Native Apps related to Mobile
Basic awareness of various Mobile Platforms and their functioning
Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills
Good Track Record in performance and character
Should be willing to work in shifts in a 24 x 7 x 365 environment
