Enter the MySQL Database information which you set before (user name, password, database name). Some of the web hosts contain MySQL on the local server such that the default localhost will work. When your host given you with remote MySQL Database enter the URL which they provided. Default Table Prefix is wp_. Usually, I change this in order to be unique, yet short (web1_). Now click submit.
