Support Engineer Trainee in Bangalore
Eligibility:
Freshers with BE/BTech (CS/IT/IS), MCA from 2013/14/15 Batches
Role: Windows Server Support – Handling high level of escalations / solving high complex issues (more than L2)
Communication: Very good communication skills with proper Grammar, Vocabulary and Fluency. (strictly no MTI)
Shifts: Will be working in North American Support (6:30 p.m. to 3:30 a.m.)
Technical skills: Fair knowledge on Windows Operating Systems / Windows Server / Networking basics
Mode of hiring: Once they clear technical and language interviews they will go through 2 months of dedicated training by the client. There will be assessments during / after training. Once they clear the assessments their employment will be confirmed.
Compensation: During the training period, they will be paid a stipend of Rs. 10000 per month. Post selection in training the CTC will be Rs. 3 LPA.
