Tech Support Engineer in Bangalore
Job Responsibilities:
Provide superior technical support and service to the Intalio customer base
Interface with the field, sales and service organizations and directly with the customer base on critical escalations and call resolution
Provide feedback to development and QA teams.
Contribute in manual & automated process testing using the Agile methodology.
Take ownership of all the assigned tickets and work towards closing them.
Discuss critical issues with the developers and help fixing it as soon as possible.
Flexible with timings and open to work in different shifts.
Provide accurate report of customer escalations

Good knowledge of core java
Experienced with testing across multiple platforms (Windows and Linux)
