\nTech Support Engineer in Bangalore<\/strong>
\nJob Responsibilities:<\/strong>
\nProvide superior technical support and service to the Intalio customer base
\nInterface with the field, sales and service organizations and directly with the customer base on critical escalations and call resolution
\nProvide feedback to development and QA teams.
\nContribute in manual & automated process testing using the Agile methodology.
\nTake ownership of all the assigned tickets and work towards closing them.
\nDiscuss critical issues with the developers and help fixing it as soon as possible.
\nFlexible with timings and open to work in different shifts.
\nProvide accurate report of customer escalations
\nHiring Process:<\/strong> Written-test, Face to Face Interview, Group Discussion, online test
\nQualifications\/Skills:<\/strong>
\nGood knowledge of core java
\nExperienced with testing across multiple platforms (Windows and Linux)
\nProficient with SQL and Databases
\nShell scripting experience is desirable.
