\nTest Engineer Trainee in Mumbai<\/strong>
\nEligibility:<\/strong>
\nBE\/B.Tech (CS\/IT\/EC) from 2014 & 2015.Academic percentage should be less than 58%.
\nB.Com, BSc IT, BCA from a reputed institute, with 55%
\n55% in SSC and HSC is mandatory.
\nNo education gap.
\nAdditional course certifications in Testing or any 1 yr computer course would be an advantage

\nWith the companies becoming highly dependent on IT, performance of any application is becoming one of the key factors in the success of the organization. The 24×7 team ensures that the performance of the applications meets its threshold. By Monitoring, the client is ensured that their applications are up and running 24 x 7 x 365
\nThe PME works under general direction and applies knowledge and applicable expertise in Web\/ Desktop\/ Mobile monitoring to build and maintain our monitoring and performance analysis program, providing alerting, L1 analysis, and information to the client teams.
\nHe\/ She would be responsible to monitor and analyze assigned Websites, Desktop and\/ or Mobile Application, using Automated Monitoring tools like Selenium, HP BAC, Compuware Gomez and other highly credited tools. Identify and be responsible for alerting the concerned teams for any incidents is the key role along with necessary information and analyzed data provided to the client for immediate action and resolution
\nKey Result Ares and Responsibilities:<\/strong>
\nMonitoring of Applications using Automation tools like Selenium , HP BAC or Compuware already predesigned and scripted for Operations
\nAlerting the client or application team for any minor, major, critical or fatal incident that is observed on the application or by an end user. The Alerting is via SMS, Call and Email
\nContinous verification of the monitoring system to ensure stability, reliability and availability of applications and services for the business
\nProvide Level1 analysis to the client in the form of Component Breakdown charts from tools like Httpwatch, Fiddler, WebpageTest, etc. clearly differentiating issues to Application level or Network level
\nConstant communication with clients across India, Middle East, South East Asia, Europe and America
\nReport Key Monitoring KPIs
\nMonitoring of Service Level and other Production and Operational dashboards
\nPartner with internal stakeholders to understand problems, develop solutions, and anticipate needs; pro-actively identifies and provides recommendations for solutions
\nProfile Requirements:<\/strong>
\nAware of basic functioning of various Internet Browsers and Mobile Applications
\nUnderstanding on functioning of Internet Service Providers and role of Networks
\nBasic Knowledge on various Internet domains primarily Internet Banking, Online Retail, Insurance, Online Trading
\nFunctioning of M sites, Native Apps related to Mobile
\nBasic awareness of various Mobile Platforms and their functioning
\nExcellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills
\nGood Track Record in performance and character
\nShould be willing to work in shifts in a 24 x 7 x 365 environment
